Revolear
Revolear is a sales enablement platform that transforms static proposals into interactive, AI-powered experiences.

About Revolear
Revolear redefines how sales teams approach proposals by merging discovery, solution mapping, and strategy into one streamlined flow. Instead of long documents, the platform uses a card-based interface enriched with AI assistance to help teams craft tailored, interactive presentations. My role was to design a scalable system that balanced usability with flexibility — from structuring the discovery process to shaping the interactive proposal experience.
My process for Revolear
Process Mapping
Merging discovery, solution mapping and strategy into one streamlined flow for sales teams.
System Design
Building a scalable, card-based component system that balances usability with flexibility.
Interactive Proposals
Shaping the AI-assisted experience that turns static documents into tailored, interactive presentations.
Navigation & Flow
Clarifying paths between discovery, solution and proposal stages so users always know where they are.
One of my key contributions was redesigning the navigation system for Deals. The previous flow made it difficult for users to understand where they were and how to move between discovery, solution, and proposal stages. By analyzing user behavior and gathering feedback, I identified the need to simplify the patterns and create clearer paths.
The redesign focused on:
- Establishing a consistent navigation pattern across all deal stages.
- Designing a structure that feels intuitive for experienced users while remaining friendly for new sales reps.
- Improving the information hierarchy so users could focus on what truly matters in progressing a deal.
This resulted in a more predictable, user-friendly experience that reduces friction, shortens onboarding time for new reps, and makes navigating deals more efficient.

“This is amazing work — exactly what we needed. Everything looks great and we’re 100% on track.” — Raja Singh
Problem
Revolear’s early AI features — like AI tags information hidden in tooltips — weren’t providing enough value to users. Information felt scattered, navigation across deals was unclear, and senior reps were spending excessive time teaching new reps how to use the platform effectively.

Approach
I initiated a redesign starting with a simple curiosity-driven concept: what if AI insights were displayed in a more helpful, actionable way?
Clearly the AI had lots of information but the human brain doesn’t work the same way — we need structure and a way to scan and find easily what we need.

From there, we:
- Conducted research and brainstorming sessions to understand user needs.
- Focused on both experienced sales reps and newer reps who required clearer guidance.
- Identified that the true challenge was onboarding and reducing training time, not just automation.
Solution
We reshaped the platform with a user-friendly, AI-first design:
Navigation Redesign — Introduced a step-by-step structure (Discovery → Solution → Strategy → Engagement) plus supporting sections like Workbench, Dashboard, Settings, and a CTA to the Briefing Room.

AI-First Sidebar — Transformed the sidebar from a basic communication tool into the main AI interaction hub, enabling contextual comments, guidance, and faster collaboration.

AI as the Backbone — Leveraged memory and historical context to suggest the best outcomes, making the workflow smoother for seniors and intuitive for new reps.

Impact
- Simplified onboarding: Reduced reliance on senior reps for training.
- Clearer deal navigation: Sales reps follow predictable, guided steps.
- Smarter workflows: AI delivers context-aware recommendations, saving time and improving outcomes.
- Stronger collaboration: Direct, in-context AI interactions replaced siloed communication.
We are still working on more complex features. Here’s a preview of the current live version:
